By downloading, installing, or using AutoVox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our software.
These terms apply to both the free version and premium features of AutoVox.
2 License Grant
Free Version
AutoVox grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the free version of the software for personal use on Windows devices.
Premium Version
Upon purchase of premium features, you receive an extended license that includes:
- Access to AI-powered voice assistant features via Groq
- Advanced app finder functionality
- Custom activation names
- Macro scheduling features
- Future premium features as they become available
Premium licenses are valid for the subscription period you have purchased (monthly subscription).
3 User Responsibilities
When using AutoVox, you agree to:
- Use the software only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Not use the software to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others
- Not share your premium account credentials with others
- Not use automated systems to abuse or overload our services
- Ensure you have proper permissions for any system commands executed
Important: AutoVox executes voice commands on your PC. You are responsible for all commands given and their consequences. Use caution when issuing system-level commands.
4 Premium Features & Payment
Subscription
Premium features require a monthly subscription of €10/month. Payment is processed securely through PayPal.
Billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month
- You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- No refunds for partial months
Cancellation
You can cancel your premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for unused time
- Your account reverts to the free version
5 AI Features & Third-Party Services
Premium users gain access to AI-powered features provided by Groq (groq.com). When using these features:
- Your voice commands are processed by Groq's AI infrastructure
- Groq's terms of service and privacy policy also apply
- We are not responsible for Groq's service availability or performance
- AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate

6 Privacy & Data Protection

System Commands
Critical Warning: AutoVox executes commands on your PC based on voice input. We are not responsible for unintended commands, data loss, system changes, or any damage caused by command execution. Always be cautious with system-level commands.
8 Updates & Modifications
We reserve the right to:

- Add or remove features
- Change these Terms of Service with 30 days notice
- Discontinue the service (with 60 days notice for premium users)
Continued use of AutoVox after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AutoVox if:

- You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Your payment fails or is reversed
- Required by law
Upon termination, your license to use AutoVox ends immediately.
